celebrationThis is my 100th post since I started my writing my blog back in August. Wow!!! I can hardly believe it. 100 posts already. I know that some of you are probably sitting there reading this and thinking and so. I’m not exactly sure why I’m so excited about it myself, but perhaps it’s because I’m a teacher and teachers usually get quite excited by the number 100.

I feel like I should celebrate, but what to do? Fireworks would be good. But right now it’s -7 Celsius outside and snowing like crazy, so fireworks is out. What else do we do in Canada to celebrate special occasions? I know- we issue new postage stamps. Canada’s always issuing stamps to celebrate something. I just bought a stamp the other day that was issued to honour the Year of the Pig. I could issue a postage stamp. Yah, that would be cool- a postage stamp to honour bloggers. I’ll just go on line…Hey wait a minute. Maybe not. A postage stamp for bloggers? Isn’t that an anachronism? I guess I’ll just have to blow my own horn.
