The student has yet to even be suspended. I feel as though my rights have been violated long enough. I am ready for someone to represent me. He doesn't just do this to me but to our paraprofessional and to students when he too quick for us. This is his second year in my class and my second year as a teacher. The district knowingly put this student with this history in a first year teacher's class. I have no idea why he is still allowed to be in a public school setting. Unfortunately schools today can be violent places. Just a few days ago there was an ugly incident in another school in our district where a group of boys most under 18 allegedly sexually assaulted a sixteen year old girl and then taped it on their cell phone and posted it on You Tube.
