I love the slideshow...I was thinking today about something I read a while ago, about a teacher who spends the first couple of weeks doing a lot of community building in class, before getting into school stuff. I am thinking that would be a good idea, and coming up with classroom agreements would be a great part of that. I think you're right in that establishing this early on helps avoid the potential for "hell" in the classroom. :) Sukhdeep Thanks for this, Elona.
